Toys, Poop, and Debris...
We clean it all up! Whether its a stinky land mine or the remnants of a dust storm, we remove it! We start by removing all big things from your yard by hand, then we use our specially design turf brush to get the small stuff!
Turf Rejuvenation
This process involves removing finer debris, pet hair, and any built-up grime. We then revitalize the turf, helping restore its bounce and natural look. This step not only revives your turf’s appearance but also improves its drainage, ensuring it stays fresh and ready for action.
Sanitize & Deodorize
Our process uses a powerful, high-heat enzyme specifically designed to tackle the extreme temperatures of the Phoenix Valley. This enzyme breaks down bacteria and neutralizes odors, ensuring your turf stays fresh and clean, no matter how hot it gets.

We strive to provide and excellent service while keeping our pricing and process as simple as possible. However, that doesn't mean every question will be answered! Here are the questions we get asked the most!
Don't you need to see my turf to give me a quote?
We typically only need to visit your property if your turf is larger than 1,000 square feet. Most turf areas in the Valley are under this size, so our base pricing covers up to 1,000 square feet. For any area beyond that, we charge an additional $0.40 per square foot. If your turf exceeds 1,000 square feet, we’ll give you an exact quote when we arrive for the job. You can still schedule your first service without needing a quote. However, if you’d like a rough estimate for larger areas, feel free to call us at 480-798-0569.
How often should I get my turf cleaned?
Every customer’s needs are unique, but four times a year is a good start for most of our customers! Have pets? Monthly, or Bi-monthly will keep things smelling and looking fresh. Unsure? Many of our customers start with a quarterly service and adjust based on their usage. For larger areas, like those in commercial areas or HOA's, Monthly is recommended to elongate the lifespan of your turf and keep it looking fresh.
