Turf Care FAQ’s
We typically only need to visit your property if your turf is larger than 1,000 square feet. Most turf areas in the Valley are under this size, so our base pricing covers up to 1,000 square feet. For any area beyond that, we charge an additional $0.40 per square foot. If your turf exceeds 1,000 square feet, we’ll give you an exact quote when we arrive for the job. You can still schedule your first service without needing a quote. However, if you’d like a rough estimate for larger areas, feel free to call us at 480-798-0569.
Every customer’s needs are unique, but four times a year is a good start for most of our customers! Have pets? Monthly, or Bi-monthly will keep things smelling and looking fresh. Unsure? Many of our customers start with a quarterly service and adjust based on their usage. For larger areas, like those in commercial areas or HOA’s, Monthly is recommended to elongate the lifespan of your turf and keep it looking fresh.
